The big joke between Nate and I is that his wife does not believe he is being conditioned by a personal trainer. She thinks he only lost the weight ( 40lbs) by diet alone. So for giggles I made a video of him today running the first mile (all the way) under ten minutes (first time in twenty years). Running a mile is the most basic test of fitness.
6 months of training has made a huge difference in his conditioning. Imagine that walking alone would exhaust him just months ago.
