This Thursday will mark 4 months of training. I just wanted to say thanks. Each session is short, but the results are amazing. After 25 or 30 minutes, I’m soaked in sweat, my heart and lungs are burning, and my muscles are all swollen. But it feels great, and the sore muscles let me know the training is working. I not only feel more physically fit than ever, but have more stamina / endurance, get less “winded” doing daily tasks, have more energy and nap less.
I also feel better from a psychological standpoint, with more confidence and self esteem. I eat better now (and more now), but my metabolism burns everything off (almost all my clothes are too big now); but that’s a good problem to have. Thanks again for such a dramatic change in such a short period of time. I’m looking forward to the next four months and beyond.
