Most people get to an age where their knees hurt doing the squat. Even body weight squats can hurt older people, new people to lifting, and tall men and women who are leverage disadvantaged. The squat slider is the perfect substitute for conventional squats and allows the knees to be free of unnecessary pain and shear.
