Safe Ab exercise for obese people – Supine Bicycling

Can there be a safe Ab exercise for obese people? Yes!

Welcome to supine bicycling! I created this exercise for my new clients who are challenged by abdominal fat. This exercise is safe and will allow someone who is overweight to work there abs without crushing their internal organs. It is also easier to lay down on the bench, then to get down on the floor to do crunches, which is hard on the back and difficult to get back up.

Try to make 1:00 minute at first. Then work your way to 5 minutes. If you can do 5 minutes non-stop you are a beast.
