Mike Learning Double Kettlebell Cleans

Poor Mike. He wants to learn kettlebell cleans and coach Cricks is not here to teach him. Only big Doug! Well, he is going to do 100 reps of double 12kg bells even if it kills him! Hopfully coach Cricks wont see this video…LOL

Add to that his arm measurements went from 11 inches to 13.5 inches in eight weeks and we can say that he is on his way to being a super beast!!!
