I Hate Running

Ever felt that way? Running for some is a dream and pleasure. Not for me. My whole life I have never been good at it. Some are naturals at running but hate weightlifting. Some love bike riding but hate swimming. Whats it all mean?

We prefer to do whats easy for us and shy away from the difficult. So that’s why I keep doing kettlebell sport and running. Because, for me, it is a major challenge to my mind and nerves and that is good for stress release and overall homeostasis. However, I made a little rant about running.
