If you are going to be a personal trainer or coach, you must set the example in pushing your limits. After a 40 minute programmed training session with kettlebells, I decided to do a heavy kettelbell complex for three rounds. The renegade rows, snatch, squats, and swings were done with 70lbs kettlebells. Make sure you are warmed up for this one! I am 48-years-old and I take warming up seriously.
