Golfers Elbow

Yes, it’s the dreaded pain that can keep a golfer from hitting a golf ball and sitting at the lodge drinking instead.

Golfers Elbow is a miserable pain that not only effects golfers but also effects athletes, such as power lifters and bodybuilders.

In the video below I demonstrate how to relieve golfers elbow naturally using acupressure. There is also two exercises that truly benefit and bring relief to the medial pain at the elbow joint.

  1. The Deadlift. The Deadlift in my opinion is the single greatest exercise to relieve tendon stress on both the lateral and medial aspects of the moveable elbow joint.
  2. Dead Hang with supine grip. The dead Hang exercise with supine grip can also stretch, strengthen, and relieve the medial pain of golfers elbow.
