Golfers Elbow is a miserable pain that not only effects golfers but also effects athletes, such as power lifters and bodybuilders.
In the video below I demonstrate how to relieve golfers elbow naturally using acupressure. There is also two exercises that truly benefit and bring relief to the medial pain at the elbow joint.
- The Deadlift. The Deadlift in my opinion is the single greatest exercise to relieve tendon stress on both the lateral and medial aspects of the moveable elbow joint.
- Dead Hang with supine grip. The dead Hang exercise with supine grip can also stretch, strengthen, and relieve the medial pain of golfers elbow.
