Coach Holland Lifts 400 lbs For Fun After Hard Workout

Does Coach Holland have any energy after kettlebell sport training? Well after leaving another gym and coach, he changes his shirt,  has a protein shake and lifts 400 (lbs) deadlift for fun. For kicks he keeps going with presses and curls with very heavy weight even though he is almost 50-years-old!

Remember to have fun and not be so serious. It might be why you are lagging in gains.
