I want to brag on Robynn who is 56-years-old woman who is stepping up to change her life.
Imagine that when she started personal training a few months ago, she could barley do the most basic exercise without pain.
Now she is blowing through exercises with a positive attitude and with little pain. She is losing weight and getting strong so fast that I am haveing a hard time re-programming for her. For instance today she did 60 kettlebell deadlifts with a 70lb kettlebell.
The other day she lifted a 20lb dumbbell over her head 10 reps per arm. Amazing improvement and proof, non of us are to old to get fit and change our life.
