30 Weeks To Lose 30 pounds Kettlebell Sport Week 1

Here is the first video of me training kettlebell sport. My only competition is myself. The only question that comes to mind while training is, “will I give in to the pain or can I make it another minute?”

Kettlebell training has become my favorite way to challenge my nervous system and I hope it burns fat as well. I need to get another 30-40 pounds off my 6’4″ frame.

I am giving myself 30 weeks to see how much I can improve using competition kettlebells three days a week. I am also going to run a few days in between.

I will update at least one video a week to mark any improvements.
