This video is a perfect example of why I will never lift alone without a squat cage. You can die bench pressing without one. Imagine having a lot of weight rolling on to your neck.
Here I am doing 370 lbs for 4 reps. Guess what? I never made the first rep because of a slight cramp in my left arm. You never know when you might cramp.
