For fun we used heavy kettlebells to perform a ladder exercise that involves one arm kettlebell overhead presses. You must use perfect form with this exercise. Each weight must be pressed to failure with each arm before dropping down to lower weight. The goal is to get over 50 reps per arm by the end of the long set.
Reverse One Arm Kettlebell ladder begins with: Red 32kg (70lbs), Green 24kg (53lbs) Purple 20kg (44lbs) Yellow 16kg (32lbs) Blue 12kg (25lbs).
