Barbara is swinging a 12kg kettlebell for 3 sets of 30 reps for the first time. What makes us proud is that she is 77-years-old. She also did 1000 meters on the concept 2 rower, 60 body-weight squats, 30 pushups from the knees, 60 banded military presses, as well as some other complimentary exercises in one session under 45 minutes.
She learns so quickly its scary. If she keeps this up I will have her be my personal trainer.
