Robynn was in a car accident in May that has left her in pain and has also made her shoulders weak. After many months of rehab therapy, with her physical therapist, her insurance finally ran out. Yet, with all those appointments, she still has little strength and is still having pain. Doctors say she just has to live with it and take ant-inflammatory medications.
My job is to get her strong again, and out of pain. I have been using bands for over 20 years to help people with shoulder injuries, and have recently discovered the benefits of kettlebell swings as a further aid.
